Each starter asks you 2 to 4 setup questions when it's made, so it fits you. Skip them with Answer later in its chat.
Schedules are a starting point; change them under When it runs.
No agent can run commands on your Mac. Anything a starter doesn't list follows your Rules.

Runs: Every day at 7:00. Uses: Weather and Google Calendar (see only). Promises: Never writes files, pays, posts or deletes. When you make it, you choose whether it may use the web without asking, since your calendar details could reach websites.

News Digest

The three or four stories that matter on a topic you care about, each in two sentences with a link.

Research Watch

Keeps up with a topic and sums up what changed, with a link for every source.

Runs: Mondays and Thursdays at 9:00. Uses: The web. Promises: Never sends, posts or pays.

Scout

Looks around for things you'd want to know about: new listings, changes on pages you follow, anything that needs prep.

Runs: Every day at 6:00. Uses: The web; a folder if you give it one. Promises: Only looks. It never acts on what it finds. If you give it a folder, it warns you that files there could reach websites.

Price Watch

Watches the price of something you want to buy.

Runs: Every day at 9:00. Uses: The web. Promises: Never buys it, and never pays, sends, posts, signs in or acts on web pages.

Bills & Budget

Keeps track of your bills and spending.

Runs: Every day at 8:00. Uses: Only what you tell it about your bills; the web asks first. Promises: Never pays anything, and never sends, posts or deletes.

Meal Planner

Plans your meals for the week.

Tidy a folder

Sorts what's in one folder into subfolders that make sense, and moves what's clearly rubbish to the Trash.

Runs: When you ask. Uses: A folder you choose. Promises: Looks before it moves anything, leaves files it isn't sure of, and moves to the Trash rather than deleting.

Notes Helper

Finds what you wrote about something, sums it up, and files and renames notes so they're easy to find.

Runs: When you ask. Uses: A notes folder you choose, such as an Obsidian vault. Promises: Asks before changing what a note says. In an Obsidian vault it leaves the .obsidian folder alone and keeps your Markdown, [[links]] and front matter.
